Water Billing Payments
The following payment options are available to you to pay your water bill:
by telephone banking or personal computer banking through most financial institutions
by pre-authorized water payment plan
in person at the Municipal Office using cash, cheque, interac or the drop box

Curb Stops
Just a friendly reminder to property owners that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the location of the curb stop on your property. We would ask that each property owner locate their curb stop and ensure that it is accessible in the event an emergency arises.

The Township of Chatsworth has two Municipal Residential Drinking Water Systems servicing the Village of Chatsworth and the Hamlet of Walters Falls.
The Chatsworth Water System was originally constructed in 1983. The water treatment plant was upgraded to meet the requirements of the Drinking Water Protection Regulations in 2003.
Raw water is pumped from two groundwater supply wells. The water treatment equipment consists of cartridge filtration, ultraviolet disinfection and chlorination. The distribution system consists of approximately 4.9 km of watermain, 30 fire hydrants and a water tower.
The Chatsworth Water System services approximately 230 connections of both residential and commercial users. The Chatsworth Water System is a Large Municipal Water Treatment Subsystem Class I and Water Distribution Subsystem Class I.
Hamlet of Walters Falls
The Walters Falls Water System was originally
constructed in 1992/1993. The water treatment
plant was upgraded to meet the requirements of the Drinking Water Protection Regulations in 2003.
Raw water is pumped from two groundwater supply wells. The water treatment equipment consists of cartridge filtration, ultraviolet disinfection and chlorination. Following the treatment process, the water is stored in a 110 cubic metre clear well and pumped into the distribution system. The distribution system consists of approximately 2.1 km of watermain and 14 fire hydrants.
The Walters Falls Water System services approximately 50 connections of both residential and commercial users. The Walters Falls Water System is a Small Municipal Water Treatment Subsystem Class I and Water Distribution Subsystem Class I.
