SOLID WASTE/HOUSEHOLD WASTE INFORMATION

All Waste must be set out on the MAILBOX SIDE of the roadway on the correct Waste pickup days. If you live on Highway 6 and/or 10 or you live within a Hamlet area then your waste pickup should be placed at the end of your laneway.

Note:  Effective January 19, 2011 garbage bag tags have increased to $2.00 per bag.

RECYCLING & GARBAGE COLLECTION 

All recycling materials (plastics, glass etc.) MUST BE RINSED out or the Recycling Contractor will not pick the recycling materials up.

All recycling must be set out on the MAILBOX SIDE of the road unless you are situated on Highway 6, 10 and/or County Roads 3, 10, 25, 40 or live in a Hamlet area. In these cases, the recycling is set out at the end of your laneway. The contractors will not pick up recycling that has been placed out on the wrong side of the road.  Residents on Townline properties must place items on the Thownship of Chatsworth side.
